Are all "Schrade Waldens" made in USA?

Even if it does not say either USA or NY? I have one that just says "Schrade Walden 165" and a serial number.

Not since the factory in Ellenville shut down...

I'm sure one of the BF Schrade experts will post soon with more info on the particular knife you mentioned.
 
I can't be positive without seeing a picture, but I think your tangstamp is correct for that pattern of that vintage. The stamp may be either on blade left (earliest), or on blade right (later and all UH). After the name change in 1973, it is exclusively blade right, and does include U.S.A.



Note that in neither case is the "OT" identifier used on the 165OT. The 165OT Woodsman is one of the patterns not yet being copied in the U.S. or abroad that I have seen. I would not be surprised to see it eventually however.

Edit: There are currently some Schrade Walden (and Walden Knife Co.) stamped knives being made in the U.S. by Camillus and Bear & Son, SFO's for SMKW I think. But still not 165OT patterns.
