Are all the ASBM models the same size?

I am asking this question because my ASBM did not fit Browns kydex sheath he made me, and said I must have a "one off." Then Dwayne had the same problem too with another customer, before Jerry closed his post. Besides the obvious sharpening are they all the same in other aspects? Thanks! 4.4.2

All of the knives are made from the same stock. That being said, different coatings are different thickness, so a black blade will be slightly different than a tanker grey blade, which will be slightly different than a jungle green blade.

Any chance you could rank the coatings for us by thickness--thickest color coating to thinnest?

And what's the ballpark range of thickness added to a knife overall? In other words, what's the most thickness that might be added to a blade by its coating and what's the least added thickness?
