It's DANN, with 2 "N"'s...And you and EVERYONE else can sent your un-wanted SOG knives to me at:

Dann Fassnacht
c/o General Delivery
Aberdeen, WA 98520

...And I'll be sure to give them a GOOD home and keep 'em happy.:).

...and if they're RARE SOGs, route them to me first for "cleaning and servicing." ;) ;) Then, I'll get them right off to Dan lightning fast!

But, dang it. It'll get returned by the Postmaster because they don't have any “Dan’s” (with only one "N") in Aberdeen, Washington. So I'll have to be the permanent custodian of those rare SOGs. :D

...WATCH IT, Ron!!!...I have a direct line to my local Post Office, and one of the cute (female) clerks flirts with me everytime I show-up at her counter.:D.:D.

..That you only 'think' she's a female Dann... ;)

waynejitsu, were you talking about the early S/N'ed SOG S1 Bowie's?

How many of those were 'really' made Ron, and when?

I'm I little foggy on stuff going back that long ago, so I'll do my best here. I think the serial numbered S1 SOG Bowies numbered up to under 1000 (ending at 750 or 1000), being produced in the mid 1980s. More than that, I just don't know. Sorry! :)

I don't even want to think about it, as I was dumb-enough to buy her a Glock 9mm model 26 pistol awhile back, and even taught her how to shoot it!..

Move down here to the USA...We can own all the guns we can afford, and sneak past our wives.:D.

You bought your wife a gun? aint that illegal? OMG I sent my wife to a NRA handgun class a year or 2 ago, she loved, and shot better then I thought, ( Mike Dye Teaches it, I assist) but buy her a gun, I dunno, of course I might would rather be shot then something whacked off in my sleep OUCH hide the guns and the knives!

At this point, not owning guns is a GOOD thing!!! She is 8 months + pregnant... Hormones and firepower... I don't know...

Well Wayne, I'm trying to collect SOGs but good cutlery is expensive here in S.A. My last 3 big buys (I'm not including the little bargain buys I pick up from old stock in little shops all over the place) have all been SOGs....
SOG Tsunami
SOG Government
SOG Tech 1
As the last two are discountinued, they are collectable in a sense. My local dealer also has other discontinued models like the Tech 2 and Jet Edge which will probably become collectable as well. I would also imagine that the top end SOG Bowie and Trident are collectables in their own right.

G-man99, what's this about ONLY have 9 SOGs! It will take me years to get there. You just enjoy them :)
