Are basic members allowed to post/reply in the Around the Grinder forum or not?

When I go there, I am told I don't have sufficient privileges to post or reply, but I thought they were for Basic members and above?

It's mislabeled, you need to have a knifemaker level membership. You're not missing anything anyway. The only threads with a significant number of posts got moved there to die.

ATG has this statement:
KnifeMaker's Chit Chat Area. For off topic posting, humor, bs'ing, etc for our hard working Knifemakers. Private Forum, Knifemaker Members & above only.

It requires a Knifemakers membership to post. Notice Knifemakers is capitalized. I agree it could be worded better, and I was not in favor of it being a knifemaker membership area, but as said, Spark made it that way and only he can change it.

My error on copying the thread description. I corrected my previous post. It was confusing before when Spark accidentally typed "Basic".
Again, the description says:
KnifeMaker's Chit Chat Area. For off topic posting, humor, bs'ing, etc for our hard working Knifemakers. Private Forum, Knifemaker Members & above only.
