Are both ATR models made in the U.S.?

I see Spyderco offers two ATR models. One in CPM S30V with TI handles and the other in VG-10 with SS handles and wanted to know if one or both had Golden CO stamped on the blade or Seki Japan.

I believe that anything made with S30V is made in Golden, Colorado U.S.A. Earth, and anything made with VG-10 is made in Seki Japan.
