Are Emerson CQC10 liners Ti?

I have an Emerson CQC-10 PE, with 2007 on the blade (I assume that's the year made?) My question is: are the liners titanium? I don't see much construction info on these.

The lock side (if thicker) is Ti, the detent side is steel.

IIRC in '07 its probably ti on both liners.
