Are Husqvarna and Fiskars the same axes?

Looking for a small splitter, I have been looking at the Husqvarna and Fiskars options. Both seem to be made in the same plant with different colored handles. Are there meaningful differences in these axe lines? On Lanmia dot come, I occasionally see another brand called Retki (sp?) that appears to be the same as well.

Is there a reason to get a Husqvarna ax over a similar Fiskars?

TIA,
Sid

They're definitely not the same axes, just same class, and not made in the same factory given that the Fiskars are made in Finland and the Husqvarna composite models are made in Germany. Functionally there's not a big difference from what I've read.
