Are molle backs interchangable?

Hi guys. I have two 4's , and I want to get a 3.(of course, why wouldn't a guy?)
Would the molle back that comes with the 3, fit on the Esee 4 sheath?
I want to order tonight, and be sure. My 4's didn't come with it, and I am wondering if the 3 molle back will fit it.

Its probably very practical but it sure looks out of place.
Today i was finally ably to hold some ESEE's, a hest among others. It realy feels like an awesome knife.
After mentioning the bottle opener as a major plus he could only smile
