Are Quartermaster Knives in any relation to Mantis Knives?

Hey guys, I had recently noticed these new knives from Quartermaster and found them rather interesting. Obviously they aren't the most practical designs, but they look rather nifty. ;) I noticed the designs reminded me to an extent of Mantis's out-there designs, and I was curious if there was any relation. I'm not a big fan of the quality Mantis puts out for their price, but these are CPM-154 and U.S-made for under $100(Not including the beast "Hannibal" knife they're putting out), they seem like a pretty decent deal. What do you guys think?

There's a lot of inconsistent information that wasn't matching up with his story that I was hearing

I don't care if he's making knives or what ever but don't piss on my face and tell me it's raining
