Are the HI swords as high quality as their khukuries?

I'm thinking of buying one soon, or maybe a Criswell, but I'm open to suggestions.

Edit: I've been looking at some pictures... Leanin' closer to Criswell now. I think I'm drooling.

You'll spend more money on a Criswell.

About HI quality, no worries there. Top notch, and Uncle Bill is as good a man as you will find in the knife business, with a warranty second to none.

I have had both. I went for the Criswell.

The HI stuff it great stuff with a great warranty. In some ways, it looks a lot nicer than the Criswell. They are also cheaper.

However, if you want something that can take endless abuse with no trouble, the Criswell's are hard to beat! They are going to be more expensive though.

Personally, All the swords I have ever had are for display only. Of course it is great to be able to admire the craftsmanship of the sword and its design. But are you guys actually having sword fights or something??? :)

Yea, I have sword fights against the trees! :D

I'm undefeated!

I have an Everest Katana I got from Bill and it is as solid as a sword can be.

Bill Martino is a man who keeps his word and you will not be disappointed with anything he sells.
