Are the Kershaw saws the same as Bahco/Laplander?

I'm trying to get some info on folding saws. Any thoughts out there on types or manufacturers? Are the Bahco/Laplander and the Kershaw the same?

Yes they are the same saw and they work great.

I was wondering the same thing - they sure look the same but since I found the Bahco for just about as cheap, I went with that one. I ordered from the link below and just got it last week. I've only cut a couple of small branches with it but it seems to be a decent saw for its size.
