Are the Small Regulars just a bit smaller than the Small 21?

Anyone out there have the official specifications for the Small Regular? I've noticed that mine seems a bit smaller than my Small 21. The butt end is shaped differently and I think that is the major difference. But the Small Regular just feels like it is a bit smaller in hand, like it isn't as thick perhaps.

Anyone know for sure?

I am just the opposite. To me, the small regulars seem a tad bigger in my hand than the small 21's. That's the only reason I have many small regulars, but only 2 small 21's.

I don't have a small 21 to compare to, but can compare to a small Classic MM. The small regular is shorter by a couple MM in both scale and blade length.
