Are there any Aftermarket Ku Ku Hanuman Sheaths?

I have a Fox Knives Ku Ku Hanuman and I hate that belt only attachment on the sheath that comes with it. I decided to try to take it off the only way that I knew how: with force... Didn't end too well. So I bought some kydex and tried my hand at making my own as cheap as possible. I am very displeased with the results :grumpy:. I called Fox Knives up about it and they said it would be an easy fix, but I would have to send the knife and (what is left of) the factory sheath with it to their headquarters. Personally, I am almost so disgusted with all of this that I am ready to get rid of the knife altogether :mad:and be happy with the 599 when it gets here. Tangent aside, anyone have any information on any aftermarket stuff? Anything that works well (leather or kydex) -- Are there any makers out there with this knife that can sell me a sheath?

Since Kydex is a very specific fit on a specific knife, I doubt there are any aftermarket sources other than Fox Knives that could possibly fit properly. Their sheaths would be proprietary for their own Karambits. The other alternative would be to give your knife up for a few days and get a custom Kydex maker to fit it to your specifications.

Thank you Sir. I am slowly beginning to understand that some things it will mean a sacrifice. Now, is there anyone on here (or elsewhere) that can do kydex or leather sheaths AND coatings on the blade? The way I see it, if I have to lose use of this knife, I need to make it once (and plan to have a replacement in its rotation).

Before you send the knife off it might be a good idea to talk (phone) to someone at Fox knives and see if they can make you a sheath over one of their stock Ku Ku Hanuman knives with a loop or carry arrangement to your specs. Might be faster and probably about the same money or maybe even less expensive.
