Are There Any More FREE Sites For Downloading And Burning DVD's?

I downloaded DVD SHRINK over 10 years ago and have used it ever since. Of course, it doesn't exist anymore and in the last 6 months or so, it won't burn DVD's now.

Do FREE sites that will download and burn DVD's still exist or do you have to pay for that now?
 
There is a program called convertXtoDVD, it's freeware so if you google it you should be able to download it for free. It will allow you to burn pretty much any movie file/format from your computer to DVD. Sounds like that's what you're looking for?
