Have another question guys.

Recently acquired in a trade lot, a small 505 single blade lockback with what is either NS or stainless bolsters..

Closed length is only around 2 3/4 inches and the blade is about 1 3/4 give or take.

Puzzlement is,,, that it has a single dot after the 505 model number. Right where the dots should be that designate some year models. I can't recall seeing anything about a single dot as a year desiginator.

Any ideas? Haven't found anything on this one as yet.

Larry,
Look for Joe Houser's article on blade stamps in the December 2005 BCCI newsletter. We are still not sure what the significance of the dot following the model number really is.
