Are there different kinds of carbon fiber handles for the lum chinese carbon fiber

To the best of my knowledge Lum Chinese has not CF but Glass fiber scales and only one kind in production. There are always possibility of different scales on protos.
There were pictures from Amsterdam meet of couple knives with Blue Nishijin. Lum wasn't among them, still proto can exist.

What bh49 said. Any differences in color are probably due to different lighting, camera angle, and/or camera (or more precisely image sensor) brand.
 
Will this knife, the lum Chinese glass fiber handle be discontinued at some point or do you think they will keep making them for some time?

Impossible to say for sure, but the odds are against it. Aside from a few "standards", all of which are either FRN, G-10, or SS, it's rare for any specific Spyderco to stay in production more than 3 or 4 years and even more unusual if the knife is a collaboration model. So a change of handle material, or at least a change of color, in the next year or two is more likely.
