Are There Slight Differences in Delicas?

I recently bought a gray Delica, and a friend gifted me another one (also in gray). They feel and work identically, but I noticed there are some differences. Is this normal? The stamping on the blade (Seki City, and Spyderco VG-10) is a bit different. The pocket clips are also different, because the logos are in different locations. Is this normal? God forbid, is one of them fake? The steels seem identical and the performance and action are both really good. Here are some pics.

I would say yes. There would be as the injection molding dies wear or are replaced.

They look fine, different time frames for production.
I also have some with identical stamps to your two,
The ones purchased recently have smaller lettering and one older manuf. his deeper and larger letters.

Regards,
FK

Thanks for the responses guys. Just seems one of the Delicas was made quite some time before the other. In any event, they both work great and the fit and finish are nice on both. I think I will keep them, even though they are the same color.

Hey its always good to have a backup of a knife you love.

I just received a saber ground PE Delica with the clip installed tip-down!

It had the blue loc-tite on the screws and everything. Must have been some "new old stock" or something. FFG gets all the love, but I really like the original saber grind on the Delica.

I like to switch up the colors on my endura’s (same knife only bigger) buying whichever happens to be cheaper at a particular time. I have black, grey, brown, brg, blue-gray and a couple of sabre ground stainless. The only orange I would buy would be the burnt orange. No two are exactly alike—but fakes are instantly recognizable in hand, once you’ve owned the real thing.
