Are there tough knives with the blade 1/10" thick?

Do you know a tough fixed blade knife with 1/10 inch thick blade? Under tough I mean a knife which won't break if you even hang on it.
Sometimes I use my Busse as a crowbar, but was wondering if I could get something thinner and lighter for travels abroad - some countries require you to have a special permit to own even 1/8 inch thick blades.
Something similar to Scandinavian blades is ideal, with blade about 4 1/2 inch long and 1 inch or less wide.
Cheers,

If someone came out with a really tough knife 1/10" thick, everyone in those countries would get one and then the governments would say " No knives over 1/20" thick"

They make those laws for a reason, mabey not a real good one, but to ban something none the less.

Can't help with the original question, but I'm curious which countries have limits on the blade thickness. I've definitely heard of blade length and overall length restrictions, but not that one.

That cross section it too thin to offer high strength regardless of the steel. You are asking for strength (hang on it) not toughness. At that thickness any normal man could snap the blade with wrist strain, even if it did have a thick sabre ground profile on a short blade (3-4" inches), or at least bend it to a set. You want to step up to at least 5/32" for the steel to start to be able to take body weight, and even then you are only talking about very short loads, a couple of inches or so.

Some countries of former USSR. It is illegal there even to own an army issue bayonet. You can buy one if the blade was partially cut near the handle in order to reduce strength of the blade. It is ridiculous!

Well, if I cannot find a tough blade, then it is no good. I wish I could take my Busse BA3 with myself there...
