1989 Buck 110. Wondering are these factory serrations

I can't examine your knife personally but if the serrations don't look "home brew" I would say they are factory.
Buck offered serrated knives in that time period. Notice the 110 is a FG like yours. ('90 & '91 catalog)

The photos aren't very clear, but from what I see they look factory to me.
