Ran across these models on ebay and they were listed as made in USA, pre 2004 Schrade... need your expertise to verify this as some of the desings look to be very "modern"

1. Old Timer Pocket Beast S470T
2. Blue Linerlock Nitro
3. Cable Lock Folding Knife

Would be very nice if someone could be nice enough to let me know a suggested price for these (only if they are genuine Schrade, if not, don't even bother...)

Thanks folks...

PS... can anyone tell me how does the Schrade+ steel compare to other stainless as in what steel is it most alike to?

I believe those models are still being made by Taylor, so it may be difficult to tell without seeing the knives...and especially the markings on all sides.

Schrade+ was 420HC (like Buck, Case, and others) since the late 90s, I believe. But it was still a good working steel for most applications.

As Bill said they are now being made by Taylor in China although I'm not sure about the cable lock. All were made by US Schrade- I have at least one of each. Just make sure the ones you're looking at have USA stamped on them. If not visible ask the seller.

As far as prices go:
470T- $10-15
Nitro $10-20
Cable lock $10-20
