Are this knife and sheath a real Buck ?

Is this perhaps an early Buck 119? I've not seen a sheath like that and the knife "kinda" looks like a Buck but the blade profile isn't quite right to my eye and I don't really recognize the handle material. Also those spacers look kind of gold in color, may just be the lighting. This is the only photo I have.

The knife displayed below is one of the Craftsman American Eagle Collection series knives made by Schrade c. 1970. It does bear a casual resemblance to a Buck Special in shape and but clearly not a Buck. It is slightly longer in overall length falling between the 119 and 120. I can see how the less experienced might think it is a Buck because of a similar blade shape with a fuller groove and the shape of the pommel which is also loosely Buck like. My reading suggests that a fuller groove is a feature not normally used by Schrade which may also contribute to the confusion. I found several places on the internet where this knife was incorrectly attributed to Buck. Here is a picture ripped off from elsewhere. The sheath is clipped off in this picture but I had examined a similar knife and sheath in person earlier this year at a gun show and the sheath was identical to the one displayed above.

The blade appears wider and the clip not as distinct as a 119. It is strange though, it has an aluminum pommel and brass finger guard. I find it funny that a few of the American knife companies such as Buck, Camillus, and Schrade copied each others knives over the last 100 years. You can find several knives made by any of these companies that look identical. Even better they contracted with each other and produced the same knives they contracted. Guess we all better keep doing out studying. I hope it wasn't a costly mistake.

The sheath design and finish look a lot like my craftsman. I purchased this one in the mid-seventies the knife looks like a schrade and thats why I bought it

Apparently Schrade did make it, It was made for Sears and they just put the Craftsman stamp on it, Just like Camillus did for Buck in the 60s and 70s.
