Are this normal with every ZT0560 model?

I would like to know how to fix this shit without sending it in? I live in Thailand and the cost of shipping plus tax to USA would be equal to the price of the knife.

This is not the first time for me having problem with ZT product. At least this time are better than the previous one:rolleyes:
 
Maybe try carbidizing your lock face? It might add a little thickness and give you a little more lockup?

I'm just guessing, I don't even know if this would work?
 
If you bought it locally there go back through the dealer.

If not, you'll have to ship it to ZT for repair. I don't know how an individual would fix that. If they fix it under warranty they will return it to you like new with a replaceable lock bar insert.
