Did you carve some meat with it? Come on, tell us you did!

I carried my Tobin Smith today and did cut some ham with it but no pics unfortunately. Would seem kind of strange to say, hey, take some pics of me cutting my dinner at Thanksgiving dinner!
 
I'm as die-hard an Emerson fan as they come. I EDC'd my custom Panzer to dinner but I didn't have turkey, so no carving.

FAN, not fantic. Step Son in Law carved the bird with POS Kitchen Knife, that did not cut for doo doo. but the bird taste good. AMEN
 
i consider myself a fanatic in the making. I only one Emerson right now, but I am currently selling off several of my other folders because I know they aren't gonna be of much use to me any longer. does that count? lol

and no I didn't carve the turkey with my CQC-7, that's not something us young "whipper snappers" (im only 40) are allowed to have the honor of doing. lol

I had too many knives in my drawer so I sold most of them off. I only kept the knives I would rotate in my EDC and they are mostly Emersons.

Ate at the mother-in-law's house so the turkey was already carved by the time I got there. Darn it!

Would've been a great job for the Super Commander...
 
As far as I know, its only a custom model. The closest you'll find to a production model right now is the Kershaw/Emerson CQC-5K.
