is the ares available without the coating or in another steel?

There was also a limited edition Carbon Fiber scale with M2 HS blade metal but it was coated. This website has the old non-coated Ares at the best prices I've seen. I may be mistaken but the only differences I can see are (730)dual tone g10 vs. (732)solid black g10 only, and (730) 154CM steel has Rockwell of 59-61 and (732) 154CM steel with Rockwell of 58-60.
