Well, it looks like I may be visiting and perhaps even moving to Phoenix. Anybody happen to know Arizona knife law off the top of their head? Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Arizona is one of the best places to live. Any knife except autos are allowed out here. Any size of folder can be concealed on one's self. Any type of knife can be worn if it is showing. You can carry any handgun on youself as long as it is in a hoslter, no permit is required. You can get ccp or have at least three inches of your weapon exposed so that a reasonable person can see it. And the best thing is that people out here like their freedom to carry and people don't really freak out about knives.

Thanks for the info DarkJedi2, it's much appreciated. Nice to see fellow SW fans here too :). Glad to hear that I can easily carry my knife out there, sounds better than here in Ohio.

Do you think there are enough of us "radical" 2nd Amendment supporters to make a difference in Kalifornia? Maybe we could do some kind of invasion and set things right out there.

Autos/switchblades and Bali-Songs are allow out here! AZ is the home of Severtech. ;)

I beleive the only AZ knife law prohibits concelling a fixed blade knife that is "designed for lethal use" without a permit.:D

There is no law in Arizona banning any type of knife. All knives are legal, but you can only carry folders (including Manuals, autos, balisongs etc.) concealed without a CCW permit.

I am thing if you had a serrated fix blade blunt tip that was designed for rescue use (not designed for lethal use), it should be ok to conceal without a CCW permit. But since some prosecutors love to twist the law and drag people into court I would not recommend it.

If you live in AZ, a CCW permit is one of the best presents you can give yourself! It also eliminates waiting and background checks when purchasing firearms. :)
