I heard the show in Eugene, Ore. is pretty impressive. Its a long haul but we might consider it next year.

I was looking for shows closer to home and saw that there is a knife show in Mesa in November. Thats a few months away but I wondered if it is a good show. Anyone attended that one? Is it worthwhile?

Thanks.

I have not attended it yet but I will now that you mentioned it. I will be going now that you mention it. That would be cool to meet up if you are going.

Address : Mesa Centennial Center, 201 N. Center
Phone : 480-987-3576 (Always call and confirm events.)
Web Address : www.arizonaknifecollectors.com

J33psru1e- Thanks for the details. Is that the same place as the "Mesa Community Center" in downtown Mesa? I need to make plans well in advance-thats why I'm asking in August! We could do that. Saturday or Sunday? I'll let you know as the time gets closer.

Thats the place I was thinking about. I'll drop you a note a couple weeks out. Hope to see you there.

Thanks.

Arizona Knife Collectors Association, Nov. 17-18 2007 at 201 N. Center in Mesa. Yes, it's a good show with a lot of makers, collectors, and displays. Jantz is there with other suppliers and a lot of materials. I'm usually disappointed that it coincides with big game seasons and miss it:grumpy: when I'm successful in the draws:D. There is also a Ter-Mark gun show at the Phoenix Fairgrounds the same days. I wonder why they don't choose a weekend without so much competition? Regards, ss.

ss- Thanks for the info. Its right at the end of the late hunts and that can be a problem. We were hoping to see Busse, Chris Reeve knives and maybe find an old Gerber to add to the collection. Its a plus that you can buy autos in AZ., too.
