I recently rememberd the knife laws in arizona concerning posession and concealment. I read an issue concerning knife laws on the Arizona State Legislatures Office website. They said the following, "Arizona law (ARS 13-3101) defines deadly weapon as anything that is designed for lethal use. ARS 13-3102 states that a person commits misconduct involving weapons if they carry a deadly weapon without a permit, except for a pocket knife concealed on his or her person.".

My question is whats considered a pocket knife? Alot of different people have told me that you can conceal it if its under 4". And some say 3 1/2". I called my local police department and I spoke with a secretary and she asked a few officers for me. She stated that they said that there not sure. I'm guessing this being because most police officers dont know the exact small details of certain things (Hence why they said they weren't sure and the AZ Legislatures Office said different). If anyone can help me out with this I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks man. So it looks like I can conceal any knife that folds into itself (folder/pocket knife). But I cant conceal like fixed blades etc.
