Arizona Weekend

I have been in Arizona since last Wednesday and wanted to share some pictures. I went there to shoot a band (with a camera), take pictures of an old mining town where my Grandfather spent some of his youth called, Oatman. Most of all I was there to hike in the Mojave Desert.
Got to go catch a plane, gonna be in Alabama for a few days to play in the dirt!

Awesome photos as usual Reuben. Is that a Condor? Whatever it is it's a fantastic shot! That shot of the stream is awesome too, and all the lizard shots are really cool. Thank you very much for that little mental vacation before work :)

Bear - Great pics:thumbup: It looks like you picked up one those dog tag kits, any chance of a review?
 
Man I love Arizona. My uncle went there in the 70s and has never left. Its easy to see why. Not a state as ecologically diverse as AZ.

Great pics Ruben. Good luck in your travels, and I hope they bring you to MO sometime. It would be great to hang with ya. Mi casa es su casa bro.
 
Awesome pics man. Haven't been there in almost 20 years, but it looks like the same donkey is still milling around town.

Very nice representation of Arizona in your post....tough to beat this place, especially this time of the year! :thumbup:

I'll be in South Florida next week, Everglades and stuff. Pack a bag and come on over!
 
I'm in Arizona for the weekend too...but not having nearly as much fun as you!! Great pics...
 
Great pics. Arizona is one of the places I'd love to visit but hate to live there. Looks like it would make a great place to visit for a few weeks though :thumbup:
 
You do good work, Ruben. Great shots, as usual; you have a good eye.

Anyone can push the button on a camera. Not everyone can see.
 
Stunning shots Bear. I like the desert for about 4 h and then I get thirsty! Uhmm, nice picture of the glory hole ;)
