They should have kept the SE instead of the PE in my opinion.
I have a serrated that is tough to carry in CA because it can't be concealed, and it's hard for a knife that size not to be concealed by a shirt hanging down, or whatever. When I do carry it, it's a neck knife as intended, but it has to be outside the shirt. Stupid law, very nice thin bladed knife.
