Hello again, I really like this one a lot so wanted to share. The blade is made from an old Ford truck leaf spring. So I guess you can say its built Ford tough. ha ha.

The handle is of African Blackwood and fossil Walrus ivory. Fittings are of Nickel Silver.

The sheath is me too. Hope it apeals to you and all comments are very welcome. Thank you. Alan

I checked and my truck springs look nothing like yours. That is a great looking knife.

Seriously though, great work!

You Guys are killin me. Lots of Good stuff. Thanks. What got me started into this knife business about 20 plus years ago was a Rudy Ruana knife and the first thing I did was go and grab up some old springs from the local wrecking yard. Love them ole Solid Rudy knives.

Wow! That is impressive ! I have the two original main leafs from my 63 f-100 that were replaced while lowering it , and I've been wanting to make some knives with them , this is very much inspiring me to do so sooner than later.

Thank you Alicia from that Extremely cool warm place Australia.

Thanks Mark, There is just such an added coolness about making knives from parts of old machines and things.

And thank you R. Mark Lee. I do like the way they complement each other. It was a little harder to sell this one.
