Hey Hoggage:

Could someone post pics or a link that shows both sides of the leather sheath for the GW offered at the CS?

Thanks

this sheath is a slight touch darker then when it came, I saddle soaped it , made it softer to the touch. great sheath and the GW is with me all the time, just love it. can't say more.

Hi Russ, This is our first venue into machine stitched sheaths, we just bought a Tippman BOSS stitcher. That thing really gets them done!

They are a tight fit, and if they get loose all you have to do is get it wet with warm water and hand mold the leather around the knife and it will hold tight again, just dont let the knife sit in the wet leather too long, just carefully remove it when you get the leather molded to your liking. :)

So far everything else I do in sheathwork is hand stitched, two needles, one loop at a time. Its harsh sometimes but well worth the extra money.

Just for reference, and some issues, my shop is Armoralleather, all one word. Yeppers, its registered. ;) And I'm certifiable, er certified Busse porker. :D

Many many thanks for the kind words fellas!! :D:D

Ah-ha!!! Dwayne finally admitted he's crazy!!! :)

BTW, for anyone that is not sure about Dwayne's work, I can personally vouch for him! I purchased a Desert Jack several months ago that came with pants made by Dwayne, and let me put it this way: Have you ever seen tight leather pants on a supermodel on a hot day??? Well I keep one on my hip! ;)

Here's a fe pics, not the best, but hey.....

Yikes! Bet they didn't give that thing away. I guess it's always a good tax write off... :) I've never wanted to get into the all leather thing myself. Good luck with it!

Thanks Jerry,

I got to work on one of your swords recently. A very impressive product. To be honest I wasn't expecting much (let's face it most knife makers even the custom guys don't know anything about making a sword)... and got my thinking readjusted when I got to play with it.
