Bruce,We would all get bored if the vine was all I did.....I like the vine the best also, thats why I do it the most. Was the tutorial on the arrowhead filework done good enough and does it load fast enough?
Thanks,Bruce

I like it! I have a hunter in the works that will get arrowheads. Thanks Bruce.

"Do them there things cut? Are they sharp?"

Sorry, I've been asked that question so many times I couldn't resist.

That's a sweet little knife, and yes I like the pattern.

Keep it up!

I need to spend more time in this area! I really enjoyed being more of a "regular"!!!!

That's NICE looking filework

I don't do much filework on my tangs because most of them are tapered very thin but..... I saw a knife once with arrow heads all around the tang with black epoxy covering all but the arrow head patern sandwiched between black Micarta scales. It was VERY well done and looked WILD. Something like that is on my list of things to experiment with

Your entire knife looks very well made also.

Bruce, nice file work pattern

My opinion (Take it for what it's worth) is it would look really cool on a full tang handle filled in with black colored epoxy. That would make the pattern really stand out.
Use a light colored scale to contrast the nice filework. Just my 2cents.

I agree that that would look good But I am not to sure of the epoxy out in the open like that as it could chip or break out in a few years and then the customer would not be happy...Bruce

Looks great! Here is a pic of another way to do it, and just reverse the pattern and go point to point for doubles....or do as shown here, but you cant see the back arrowhead...pic is a little out of focus.

That is just to "COOL" I may have to try that one myself....This just goes to show that there is no end to what can be done with a few files.....Bruce
