Wondering if anyone has this knife?
It's blade design is very attractive however I'm having difficulty seeing it as useful.

Also I'm going to be be purchasing a civivi
Statera or plethiros.
I'm really leaning on Statera any opinions on this as well ?

Appreciate your insight.

Looks like the Artisan Cobra would make an okay cutter/masher against, say, a cutting board, at least on the leading upper half of the blade. Aside from that, it also looks like a neat tool for the karambit crowd who likes the earth grip and using the back of the blade to hook things. Of your other choices, I like the Plethiros a lot, though I wonder how well it would get along with my hand...

I'm a new fan of karambits.
However with karambits their usefulness is limited.
I'm also considering the artisan shark knife pretty heavily.

Just upgrading my carry steel mainly.
Thank you for your help.

The finger ring is WAYYY to small to be used as a karambit. I don't think an index finger would even fit. I considered getting one for a bit but it was a no go upon seeing how tiny the ring is. It's useless.

Out of the three I would take the Plethiros by a long shot. It looks legitimately utilitarian and could flex well into a kitchen knife if needed. Close second would be the Statera. It also looks useful. Seems like a thicker blade stock so it would be more robust but you would be giving up some of the sliciness. The Karambit would be the last of the three. It’s cool and the blade is funky, but I just don’t see it performing like the other two.

You pretty much nailed it.
I Love the looks of the Statera but the plethiros seems much more useful,
Both for utility and tactical.

I'm going with the plethiros and a bear ops rancor 2; just so I have a s30v steel knife.
I appreciate your thoughts on this.

That Bear Ops is an interesting looking knife. Hadn't heard of it until you mentioned it. What brought you to that one?

Makes sense. I ordered the 0357 for $119 a few days ago. Due in Friday. It was too good of a deal to pass up. I was on the fence about it and probably wouldn’t have gotten it if ZT hadn’t slashed their prices. Now I’m psyched!

Where did you find it for 120$ ?
I've been looking on bhq they're 135$ there !

That's a very clean looking knife!

I’m relatively sure I’m not supposed to type out the site just in case they are not a supporter of this site. It was a site that describes the “joy” of “knife” not in that order.... Hopefully I am respecting the rules.
