Since Dave just posted something.......that still has my head hurting, I thought I would pass along a true story about knives in schools.
In the late 1930's, there was a young gentleman named Porky Mackenzie. Porky, like a lot of kids back then wore his fathers hand-me-down clothes. Even though Porky was hefty for the gentle age of 12, he was not up to his fathers measurements yet.
To keep his rather large pants from falling down, Porky used a Tar string as a belt. The system worked pretty well. Anyway....
Porky had a knack for getting into trouble so the teacher kept him near him during chorus. One day during the chorus session he was singing his heart out while sharing the song book with his teacher.
Someone, with an unlicensed Barlow knife that you could buy anywhere with no background check whatsoever.....cut his tar string from behind.
Porky's pants fell and it was then that the entire school found out that Porky wore no underwear!
What does this story mean.....Damned if I know but it seemed to fit somehow with Dave's! :footinmou
