As-symmetrical grind on all Busse?

I wonder if the NMFSH has it?

Last i checked on my Warden it has one. None on the SJTAC or BWM.

Does the As-symmetrical grind easier to maintain?

The NMFSH shouldn't have the A-Symmetrical grind. :) I haven't ever seen an A-Symmetrical blade on a game warden though :confused: To quote another on what it is exactly:

I have seen the original basic line have them and the occasional SH-E as well as others. I believe some of the current basic's had them as well. Are you thinking something like the... I'm lacking words, but I suppose you could call it a zero grind edge where there is no discernible edge?

Jay you dont have an asymmetrical grind on your GW, or any other new Busse unless it was special ordered with it.:thumbup:

Only knife I can recall in recent times was the B-11. Jerry did these himself for blade 2010 I think, and they were few and far between.

THe edge is easy to maintain if you understand it, but more are acustom to symmetrical so I think thats why it kinda vanished. THe way to sharpen the asym- is failry simple but requires two different methods. You strop the convex edge and steel the straight edge:thumbup:

true. THe old straight handles, ergos, basics, GenIII handles etc all had mix of sym and asym edges, but really nothing since Fusion handles besides B11 unless it was special ordered or maybe a special guest appearance at a show etc.:)
 
Just looked at the ganzaa thread and over looked that Jerry has these listed as a Zero Blended edge :thumbup:
