Asado / BBQ knife
Carbon 1075.
4 3/4" (12 cm) blade, 5 1/8" (13 cm) handle. Overall 9 7/8" (25 cm) It weights about 4.5 oz (130 grams)
Olive hood handle with nickel silver pins. Thumb / index rest.
I've designed this knife with a tad longuer handle so its blade could be used on its entirety when cutting meat on Asados or BBQs, but as I also wanted it to be usable when eating the meat on the plate, I've dropped the blade a bit, resulting in a really useful knife
