Is there an easy way to find out all the Buck folders that use ASAP? Searching their site using that acronym turns up nothing, and the models that do use it appear to be listed in multiple categories. TIA.

I've just recieves Rush ATS34 model. It's pretty nice and ASAP works as switches. Also cheep paid less than $50. Besides it's well made beatiful knife, particularly compare with Spyderco's Zytel handles such as Delica, Endura, which made with great blade and a tacky handle. Contraly Rush has it all, a great blade, a rugged neat skelton handle, without ugly hole on the blade, but i like that ugly hole. Cheers

It was my interest in AOs that caused me to post that question originally, and since then I've gotten the Ken Onion Scallion and the Camillus Blaze, both really nice knives. I like the action of Buck's ASAP, but cannot find a model I like enough to buy. Now I'm in the market for a larger knife, suitable for recreational use (camping/hiking) but cannot find one I like that meets my personal specs (4" blade, substantial handle, one-handed folder). Perhaps I'm just too picky? Thanks for the info on the Rush.

BTW, I agree on the Spydercos. As popular as the seem to be here, I've search their catalog a few times and nothing grabs (stabs?) me.

Here are the ASAP knives that I use and my 2 cents worth on them. I have a few of them from SOG, Buck, Benchmade, Kershaw, and Camillus. All of them are very functional knives and work flawlessly as EDC knives. However, I must confess that I use the Kershaw most often as my off work EDC, and the SOG as my on work EDC. The Kershaw fits my hand/pocket better than the rest and the small size of the SOG wont offend my fellow sheeples at work. I like the Kershaw Blur's thumb stud activation the best over any of the blade kick styles that are on the Buck, Camillus and SOG. I bought the Benchmade to be a safe queen; when it was first introduced the Apparition was hard to find and I have two of them (send me an email if you need one as I would like to convert one into a Buck).

Try going here and scrolling down the page. This has a bunch of the Buck ASAP knives. Don't know if it is all. Bucks website hasn't ever been totally user friendly, but you get use to it.
