I just purchased 4 long sleeved T shirts, a Jacket and pants for 40.00 at a local thrift store. I have always wanted to try the pattern out. Cheap buy for me. Anyone use ASAT?

I've got an outfit of ASAT - BDU pants & BDU shirt. It's great on the ground but sticks out like a sore thumb in a treestand !

ASAT has been around for a quite a while, in a couple different color palates. I have always liked it better than most of the "busy" patterns that are popular. Those look great on the rack, but always "bunch" when viewed at a distance. Broader color swaths keep the pattern break-up going at much longer ranges. Look at British camo smocks vs. our traditional Woodland and you will understand the difference. I've never owned any ASAT and haven't seen any advertised in several years. I guess I'll have to look around some more. Let us know how it works for you.

My buddy's been wearing the same original ASAT shirt for archery hunting deer for years. In fact, we give him a bad time because it's the only shirt he wears for hunting. It works though.
