ASCEND disco'd?

I was at the local China Mart yesterday checking on when they would get a fresh shipment of Ascends in and was told they were discontinued as they were not on the schedule. Did BUCK drop them from the line? I could try and buy the display but would like the box included.
 
Just checked their Buck's website...it's not listed, so could be discontinued. Preston

didnt think it was ever on bucks website since its a walmart only exclusive for a lack of a better term.

not sure is disco'ed maybe but its still available for now until stock runs out i guess.
 
It's not discontinued. Maybe in that one particular store, but it's more likely that the guy doesn't know what he's talking about, and manual ordering has been turned off. An associate probably stole one so it show's one "in-stock" that's preventing replenishment until the on-hands get adjusted.

I picked up another one at one of the local wallys about an hour ago. Box was all beat up and the guy said he had two others, but couldn't lay hands on them. Still had one on display.

Cool story, and maybe I already said, Had a Great Grandson born back in Oct, so the Ascend and my Mesa that both have the 2016 year code, will be his some day.

Wow, looks like I need to update my subscription... I came up as a registered user...
 
The blister packs are $6 less on line...I paid full price Sunday in store and then saw that...Ordered two more on line....
