Who has or has seen one of these? ;)

I haven't but they sure look sweet. Are they .22" thick with hand shaped tiger, NICE!!

Hmmmmm, I have seen a few somewhere..........................

Yes, they are .220" thick and have hand shaped Tiger hide handles!

.

Looks like an Ash-1le pretty much, all but the markings and handles, Same .220 thickness. I guess these must be special beyond the similarites with the le version. No though can't say as I have ever seen one.

This is the first time I've even seen the picture, where did it come from?

I would love to get my hands on one or all of those babies....

Thanks for sharing,

Les.

Mmmm... ASH-1. I would love one of those. I have two skinny's, a CG and a 3B2 ... the ASH-1 style is my favourite Busse. So ... who's gonna trade me one of these ones? Pretty please? :D

Noice! 0.220 Makes for too thin of a tip IMO. I bent one once....had a nice line in it when I bent it back. Not a big deal in the functionality department but I was surprised when it bent.

But damn if they don't nice!

I had two ASHLE's and traded them both for that exact reason.

Stuck it into a piece of wood and popped it out rather than the wiggle/wobble method.

....and yes those are official technical knife terms.

:p;)

Could that have been a fluke, or a flaw in that particular blade? I have a lot of .22" thick Busse's and I can't imagine bending the tip like that. You might even be stronger than Dave.;)

wow, they sure are pretty, I think I saw one on the for sale forum once, not for very long though :)
