Decided to make dinner in my back yard tonight, used the ash-1 for my fire prep. Worked like a champ, as expected!

I am relatively a newbie in the Busse sub but I am making it a goal to post more!

Thanks for looking!

That's a nice blade dude. Enjoy it. It was well loved before it made its way to you. :')

I'm glad it found a good home

No booze in the dining pics...:thumbdn:
Keep it up and you might get expelled form Busse side of BF...

Nice pics and looks like you had fun. :D

Yeah--WTH? Moonshine goes with steak cooked on an open flame, not that. Don't you know that's not good for you?

It's great to see your pics buddy! I really enjoyed using that knife for the past couple of years and it's good to see that it's gone to another great home. Please keep the threads coming. It's always good to see her in use.
All the best brother

Thanks man! It sure is a great blade! Will keep the pics coming for sure!

Thought your PNW meant pacific north west, a pretty common abbreviation in these parts. PDX is Portland, Oregon...;-)

Haha I know it is. I've heard people refer to Vancouver as "Vantucky". I am right across the river from you

I'd like to express a heartfelt, "thank you."

Nice to see a knife being used every once and again.

tuica and xrangerx,

It's good to see some locals putting their bussekin to the test. You guys ever make it out to one of the Mischiefs?

LOL, big time, Vantucky. I have yet to make it to any Busse knife event. They need one closer. What we need here is for someone to set up a meeting at a house; hotel room, etc. so we all can admire each other's collections. There has to be a few Bussekinuts around here. Perhaps this summer...;-)

I haven't. But I plan on going to one of the meet ups they have in Stevenson on Sunday. Hanging out in the woods or whatever they call it haha. I will have to try and make a mischief though. Not familiar with it but I'm sure it would be awesome!
