This post is in reference to an earlier post I made:
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=620658
I decided to up the ante and offer a vertical carry attachment with the sheath at the same price. Those who prefer scout style carry are a minority I'm sure so I wanted to make it available for others. The sturdy attachment can be easily added or removed in a matter of seconds yet is totally secure. Comes with an adjustable stretch Velcro thigh strap so it won't flop around. The sheath now offers 6 different carry options (instead of 4) with the new attachment:
Scout style (R or L handed)
Cross-draw (R or L)
Vertical carry (R or L)
Easily switched over by removing 2 screws and re-locating belt straps to the opposite side.
The photos show a left-handed vertical draw only because the sheath is currently set up for a right-hand scout draw. The belt loop fits up to a 2 1/2" belt and has high quality hard action black snaps - so no need to undo your belt.
Sorry for the poor photos,
Richard
