My aunt (who manages a deli counter at a local chain grocery store) was cutting onions & tomatoes for sandwiches for lunch on Easter Sunday and she was complaining about my father-in-laws "little knives". My wife says, "Greg, get her your big knife..." Now, you might ask, what would make my wife think that I had a "big knife" in my bag on a two day trip to the family's for Easter weekend? Luckily, I'd thrown the CG ASH1 with black standard G10 scales in the bag at the last minute. After a quick bath, my aunt proceeded to use the ASH1 to slice tomatoes and onions, saying, "that's more like it..". My father-in-law jokingly called it a machete and made me show the rest of the family what she'd used. I'm glad she didn't get attached to it. Gotta love the versatility of the INFI
