If I already had a skinny Ash1, I would go for either something much larger, or something much smaller.
BM (NMFBM, or FBM, or FFBM, or FBMLE) for bigger (or hogzilla when it comes out)
or GW, AD, MS sized for smaller.
The NMSNFO will chop better, but you have a mid sized, why not bump it up to large, or go smaller to compliment the skinny ash, not compete against it.

I am new to Busse knives..i just purchased a Skinny and would like to get another..Hooked..is the NMSFNO similar to the Skinny so much as to be almost the same knife or are they different...should i buy it or go with a Ash 1 if i can find one...

To me, the Skinny Ash and NMSFNO are more than sufficiently different to easily justify in mind mind owning both... I do.
They are different tools. But, I wouldn't likely see myself carrying both as a combo.
Personally, I like INFI most for mid-sized knives. The SAR5, SJTAC and Skinny ASH being what I would consider on the smaller mid-sized range and the NMSFNO and FSH being on the larger mid-sized to large range.... Of course, INFI excels as a large knife steel.
INFI is spectacular as a smaller knife steel, but I just have different preferences in design for my smaller knives..... so far..... Although, I would LOVE an Aniversary Edition SHBA or a BAD without the Choil or Talon Hole.
However, IMO, the Skinny ASH and NMSFNO are two of among the top 10 or so Busse knives I have handled. And, IMO, if you can still get the NMSFNO at cost, it is one of the better INFI values out there.
