ASH-1 thickness

Quick question for you happy ASH owners:

I was under the impression that normally the LEs are thicker than the standard blades.
However, over at BC they list the ASH1 as being .32" and the ASH1 LE as being .225" thick. Could somone verify this? Just want to make sure it isn't a typo and that it's supposed to be the other way round...

it is not a typo.the CG's are fat little bastids.i personally like a little bit of meat,it gives me something to work with......thats right.
 
i believe it was the result of customers wanting the le to be more of a slicer than a chopper, as has typically been the case.
 
It's true...but it would sure be nice to be able to get an LE with the thicker blade.
