I haven't posted a lot here but when I do it's usually about my love for the Busse ASH knives. Today another member of the family joined the party:

I have an ASH-2 on order, and then all I will need is a sweet skinny ash to finish the family off!!

Feel free to add your own sweet ASH photos as well, never get tired of looking at all the different combinations!!!

Thanks guys for the comments and for posting up your ASH's. This truly was my gateway drug to Busse knives!

Dave, is the regulator the one you made the beautiful sheath for? That combo was really fantastic looking!

Nice! I love ASHes, any kind. I think so far is my favorite Busse, but I haven't handled or seen the Hell Razor in person yet, or the SFNO; I can't wait to get those.
Nice Combo there Dave!!

One quarter of the total family, but like the photo.

Yes it is and thank you. I think she's going to like it a lot.

makariotes the Hell Razor is one of the best balanced busse blades I've ever used it was a sweet all around knife with a great profile. That and the Team Gemini are my 2 all time favorites.

Hey thanks Dave, I will be super happy then, since I ordered both in the last few Wednesday runs!! I do hope they take their time shipping them though, my wallet is hurting:). In the meantime I'm looking at my ASH and I love it, can't wait to get the ASH2 also; I'm a sick person, I ordered one of those too.

Dude, I don't know who posted that link to photobucket but it is awesome, there is a sick red ASH there that is extremely cool, never seen a red one. Thanks for posting the link, it says Steve Myers, so thanks Steve!
Btw there is a sebenza in there, it looks like it wants to grow up to be an ASH, ha ha. Just kidding, I love sebenzas, I have several of those; cool stuff.

^---- I like your "ASH Storage Rack"!
Lets you run your finger along them while you decide, and grab the one you want!
Perfect.

Thanks Evltcat, it is a 3 panel system with many more knives including a few more Busse. I want to build a frame around it and cover and make it look like art or something...basically conceal it, as right now I just have a wall full of very expensive tools in my living room... Once the whole system is built i planned on doing a quick write up about it, maybe I will have a few more Busse to throw in there by then!

..... NICE !!!!!! I am using a couple of timber tool chests (Habor Freight jobbies) at the moment. I am prowling secondhand furniture and antique stores looking for the right piece to convert the draws in just for blades. Needs to be timber so it matches (sort of) the rest of the decor in the cottage.

thanks Andy! Feel free to post up a family photo(s) of your ASHs. I went back and forth forever on how to store/display the knives. Right now the collection is of medium size, so too big for my old method and too small to get too crazy. I also wanted something that allowed me to grab and go quickly when i pack up for a camping trip etc. I like the flexibility to change it up depending on how the collection evolves.
