Spent the day doing a ton of yard work with the Fat ASH. First up the wife dug flower beds all along side the house with the ASH. She used it to cut the weed screen while it was on the ground and used it as a shovel to dig up all the beds. So it got plenty of use being stuck into the very rocky ground. Sorry.....no pics of this but next up I battoned about a quarter of a cord of fire wood.........

 
The ASH is the most powerful stabber I own. This beast buries itself into DEEP!!! Oh.......and just try to break the tip! Please......I was reefing on this side to side while it was buried and all it did was shred the wood.
 
Great pics. I've been going back and fourth trying to decide between a Fat ASH or Skinny. The Fat ASH looks like a beast.
 
Here she is all cleaned up. Edge was a little dull but there was not a single dent, ding or chip. I can run my finger nail down the blade and not a single ding.
 
Me too!! Seeing this beating makes me miss the CG ASHs I've had!!

Both of mine had magnum G10. I want to try this standard slabs!!
 
Lol! Thanks for the comments guys. We have an old RV sitting on the property that is going to be junked. Im thinking about giving the ASH a go at that truck.
 
I'm glad you had the guts to do what I wouldn't. You an your wife popped its cherry good.

Never thought I'd say that.....
