Well here it is in all of its glory, my first battle mistress. A big thanks to everyone at Busse shop for making such an awesome blade. I'm in love with this thing! The handle feels great, the balance is awesome, and Josh put a razor sharp edge on this one. What a beast this thing is! It makes my TGLB feel tiny! My wife wanted to know if I'm happy, and I said hell yeah! Except for one problem, I want one in a satin finish now, :D Ahhh what a great way to start the weekend, OINK! Enjoy some pics of this beauty....oh yeah and thanks to Dave Brown for making a great sheath, it fits perfectly!;)

No it's desert sage, looks a little grey in bright light. I'm soo impressed with the comfort of this handle. They really did their homework on the ergonomics. The blade really feels lighter than it looks I think, but still has that forward mass that is gonna make it a wicked chopper.
 
MUST NOT WEAKEN....!!!!! I have not ordered one yet..... I have not ordered one as yet and have been trying to resist....;)

This is not helping !!

Thanks everyone, I can't wait to wail on this thing. Plenty of action pics to come, and maybe some videos as well!
 
Very nice, mine arrived yesterday and I am still in awe. Like you, I want a satin finish.

Yours looks awesome! I've been staring at it, fondling, and slicing air since I got home from work. I'm insane, :D Sending pics to everyone like it's a new member of the family, haha. My old man seen it, and was like "I need that knife, and that tomahawk!" Mom is gonna be pissed.:)
 
Awesome pics Swamp_Hog! I've got the same thing coming, except hand-smooth black micarta. My guess is that this thing is going to feel really solid in hand.

I feel the same way, but the pull is just too strong! Posts like these are going to break me....especially dangerous since I'll probably go with the double cut finish with the red and black G10 handles. :eek:

Help me!!
