Does anyone do decent on leather or Cordura nylon without charging an arm and a leg for their work? The old school Busse's used to come in Eagle Industries cordora sheaths.. "back in the good old days"
Spec ops brand sheaths can have the liners taken out and do the oven, duct tape and soapy water treatment. I've done this for FSH, ASH1s, SFNO, NMSFNO, but the Beast knife "Anniversary Battle Mistress" is too big. Any thoughts.

I would recommend checking in the sheaths and such page in knife related discussion. Someone may be able to help with a lower cost on one or the other items. I would say that the makers here on Busse forum are really great priced and some of the best makers around too!
