Here's a recent update to the original post by KC:

"At the last minute Tim Z. had to bow out so instead we will be adding another name to the roster to do the sharpening demo. We can't get Tim so we will have to settle for knife sharpening by none other than Don Fogg. Awww shucks I guess we will just have to make do with Don!"

Looks to be another great year.
I learned enough last year to pay for my trip!
I have seldom been presented with this much information on any subject in so short a time.
